DIY Wedding Invitations
Buy Wedding Invitations online at eBay and save
Wedding Invitations can be easy to make yourself, however it isn't "free" to do DIY invitations. You will still need to calculate in the costs of stamps, envelopes, printer ink, paper and your time.
Caligraphy Invitations
Buy some decorative writing paper that matches your wedding theme and colours. Buy a caligraphy pen and then try hard to remember your calligraphy lessons from grade 3 (or encourage a creative and talented friend to come over and help write out your invitations elegantly.
Pressed Flowers
Collect some of your favourite flowers that will be part of your wedding flowers and press them, enough for each invite. Glue the photo to some decorative paper and print out invitations.
Photo Invitations
You can print out a photo of yourselves as a happy couple, print out a romantic image, print a photo of your wedding bands, a photo of your wedding reception or ceremony venue, write "we're getting married" in sand and take a photo if it, or get creative on your own, then either print the photo out yourself, or have it printed out at a photo print centre. On the back of the photo pape print out the wedding invitation text, or glue the photo to a decorative piece of notelet paper and print out the invitation text.
