Bridal Table Seating Arrangements
Who should sit at the bridal table?
| Chief Bridesmaid | Groom's Father | Bride's Mother | Groom | Bride | Bride's Father | Groom's Mother | Best Man |
Other options include only the bridal party, depending on the number of bridesmaids and groomsmen.
Traditionally the bride sits to the left of the groom. Seating can be arranged at a long table facing your guests, or at one of the many round tables in the room. A long table facing your guests allows guests to approach the bridal table easily over the night. Also allowing guests to see the bridal party enjoying their night. If you choose to allow clinking of glasses for kisses this can be observed by guests. A long table also helps guests see the entire party during speeches.
