Bastille Day July 14th
July 14th every year. Salute to your love of the French. Bastille Day, enjoy a chocolate eclair, crepe and French wine with friends and family. French National holiday celebrating the storming of the Bastille in 1789 and the beginning of the French Revolution.
Celebrate the day with French foods including crepes, pastries and baguettes.
Halloween October 31
Celebrate All Hallow's Eve, All Souls Day, and All Saints Day on October 31, November 1 and November 2. Do Australian's celebrate Halloween? Yes, some do. Ex-pat Americans and Europeans do. Aldi, Coles, Safeway and $2 shops all have Halloween costumes, lollies and decorations if you choose to celebrate the day.

A day to show Dad you appreciate the hard work he has done for you over the years. Father's Day is held on the same day each year in most countries around the world. In the US it is held on the third Sunday in June. In Australia, New Zealand and Fiji it is held on the first Sunday in September.
