December 24th each year is Christmas Eve.
the day before Christmas. People spend it in many ways, wrapping presents for Christmas Day, enjoying a meal with friends, in a park singing carols (large scale Christmas carol events occur in the capital cities across the country and are televised on the night).
Christmas Carols are held at the Myer Music Bowl Melbourne each year on December 24.
In Germany presents are given and the family enjoy a large meal together.
